Can I request specific shots or edits?
Absolutely! Let’s make your vision come alive together. From must-have shots to style preferences, or even a Pinterest board! You’re welcome to bring any creative input. It makes the shoot more fun and truly yours.
Is VAT included in your prices?
Prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied depending on your location. This keeps things fair and flexible for both local and international clients.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
I include travel for nearby locations. If your shoot is a little further out, we’ll factor in a travel fee, depending on the distance, which I’ll always confirm before booking.
How long until I receive my photos/videos?
Turnaround depends on the project, but I usually deliver your full set of images or videos within a week. If it looks like it will take longer, I’ll always send a small selection within the first week so you don’t have to wait.
Do you provide raw files?
I deliver fully edited, ready-to-use images because editing is where at least half the magic happens. It’s what turns a good shot into a great one. Raw files are not included for standard shoots, only in rare cases, like large productions with specific requirements, would raw files be provided.
